The server printed the admin token once, in its log, when it first started. To see it, run docker compose logs relay (Docker) or journalctl -u healthkit-relay (Linux service). Lost it? Run healthkit-relay admin reset on the server for a new one.

To pair an iPhone without signing in, run healthkit-relay pair on the server: it shows the QR code in the terminal.
